I am..

I am very interested in human psychologyand have been analyzing myself as best I can and testing my findings by using art as a means to communicate them to myself and others.

I do not limit myself to any one technique preferring to use what ever means is best in each circumstance. But I do like painting as it canexpress such a large range of feelings within a given format.

My first exhibition was Autosis : The AutomaticSister in December 2008 at Reflection Rooms Bangkok. Conceptually it examined the state of being human, and how one’s humanity can be reduced by our role within society, or by the rules it sets; for example, by the pressures of capitalism, doing a routine job day-in, day-out; continually following fads and trends; living only within invisible boundaries. Everyone can become a cog, rotating automatically within The Machine. In this regard, humans only differ from robots in terms of their physical characteristics. This body of work was presented in the form of acrylic paintings on canvas ,drawings mixedwith watercolor, and both digital and Lomo photographs.

My lastest solo- exhibition was in June 2009 at the Whitespace gallery on 2nd floor of lido theatre at Siam Square. Exhibition named Chemo ( a story of Kanon ). I represented my idea by my girl character design named Kanon.

My inspiration is people have complex mindswith complicated thought structures. Sometimes we get attached to a specific aspect of thought and are unable to move on. Sometimes we stay in our dream world unaware of reality. Often we do not want to move forward preferring to go back to the past, doing the same thing over and over again mindlessly ignoring the present and the future. When this happens we are like patients who can only move on after some kind of treatment.

For me the word ‘chemo’ is not only related to chemotherapy. It has a psychological meaning related to the therapeutic power of the mind, especially when it is focused with hope on the future. But every time such treatment is received there is always a risk of painful side effects and the eventually the treatment might not even succeed. However, my ‘chemo’ is an essential treatment towards a con

stantly changing, healthy and creative condition.

Moreover I am a founder and editor in chief of book name ITYM WAR 2009 that is a co-operating work of 23 members who are designers , writers , painters and photographers.

This issue of ITYM has been presenting the attitude toward the War through individualistic analyzation by using artistic works as the tools.

War has been occurred and ended within a period of time, but traumatic memory has never disappeared from the heart of any person who shared the faith and life in those wars.

With the complexity and variety of war dimensions, in perspective of history, politics, society and humanity become inspirations to movie producers, song writers and also this book..

I cannot expect the book to represent anything particularly but hope for the best of delivering the collective ideas that may benefit to all readers.
